If you wish to become a Member (and are authorized to become a Member by us), you must provide us with certain Personal Information as part of the registration process, including, for example, name, email address, school information, and password. If the Member is a teenager under the age of 18 (but over the age of 13), we do not ask for name or zip code, but we may ask for birthdate information (month and year only) and country. We may also ask for username and password, and email address.
If you decide that you no longer want to be a Member, you can request us to delete your account at any time. If you delete your account any User Content posted on the Platform will remain on the Platform unless you specifically request in writing that the User Content be removed. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet or mobile platforms is not completely secure. VII. INFORMATION RETENTION

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a rights request. If you do so, the agent must present signed written authorization to act on your behalf, and you may also be required to independently verify your identity or your legal authority or ownership of the Personal Information with us.
