Summer Schedule

When the summer comes, many students may think they don’t need a schedule. Without school and if they don’t work or have any other activities, they may spend their whole day sleeping and their whole night up. It’s important to have some fun and if you do that occasionally it’s not a big deal but if that’s your whole summer that could lead to problems.

Over the summer it’s important to have fun and I don’t think you should have a super set schedule but a loose schedule is for sure a good idea. It’s important to not start any bad habits that will be bad when you have to go back to school or work. Also, you should still be getting three meals a day and getting enough sleep. 

There are a few different ways that you can try and keep yourself on schedule during the summer. One way is by keeping yourself involved in activities you like or by working. This will make sure you still have responsibilities so you can’t slack off and have to stay on schedule. Another way is to set alarms or reminders to wake up and to eat so that you stay on a loose schedule.
