A lot of times people will bundle up everything on their mind and heart. I know I personally do this especially when it comes to friends or school. Many times when I do this I lash out or break down after a certain amount of time. This is something that isn’t good for your mental health.
When I do this to myself I stress and show the bad side of me to people; But when I do decide to share how I am feeling I feel relieved and not as overwhelmed by every little thing happening around me. These are examples of why it helps people to talk. Communication will get you farther in life than holding back. Holding back will cause issues within yourself and possibly other people.
